If you want to workout to get thebody that you have always wanted then you have to be exercising in the rightway. If you are not doing the exercises in the correct way then you should noteven bother exercising. I say this because the exercise will not be working.You have to keep on working really hard to get your results.
You have to increase the intensityof your workout after a few weeks, there is no point doing the same thing overand over again with the same weights and expecting to see a change. You have tochange your routine and you have to work harder each time you train. To get the butt of your dreams, it requires work.
